From your second post, it would appear that the info I saw in a different thread about Musical Event Transpose being only for midi was inaccurate. BTW, F4 brings up a calculator, clock and calendar-not the inspector, as advertised.

Go to the Keyboard settings in the System Preferences of your Mac and turn on the option Use all F1, F2 etc. Keys as standard functions keys. (I tried all three ways listed in Help, but the compress option is greyed out.) I was able to compress a folder of files (zip) a few weeks ago, but the function hasn't been available since. You need to chop the audio events into the pieces you want to tune. Now that said, you can select several chopped events and tune them all differently, within a single track. I did a video on pitch correcting and this method also applies to the transpose.and if you see a big white box - This message was edited 1 time. So.just highlight the separate sections and hit 'X' to autoprocess? (Downright amazing!) What else does autoprocessing do, besides removing clicks? Do you have a single site where I can find links to all your videos? These are really helpful.

Do you have a single site where I can find links to all your videos? These are really helpful. Well, the 'X' is for autocrossfade not autoprocess so it only deals with the crossfade. But this method, like I said, also works for the transpose function. I'll be doing a video on creating harmonies with a single vocal track soon. Since we can just click F4 or the 'i' to open the Inspector, I guess they didn't think we needed a shortcut to it. (Sure is nice to know how to get to this function now, I must say!)
