Star is delighted to announce that they have retained their Gold standard Investors In People accreditation. Investors In People (IIP) work with organisations globally who want to put the time and focus into their employees to develop them and help them reach their full potential. “Our people are our greatest product, and without them we couldn’t deliver on the promises we make to our clients and employees.” Since Star achieved Gold in 2014 the process has become a lot more rigorous, with just 15% of all UK companies and 0.1% of organisations within Star’s industry achieving it. This is something that Star are especially proud of and is a fantastic demonstration to their clients that they are working with an organisation which truly values its employees.
Star’s HR Manager, Kate Hosker, said: “I’m delighted that Star have retained their Gold standard IIP accreditation, after first receiving it in 2014. It’s a testament to everyone’s hard work and dedication. Our people are our greatest product, and without them we couldn’t deliver on the promises we make to our clients and employees. “This award demonstrates how committed we are to supporting our team with their development, and to a long, fulfilling, and most importantly, happy career with Star.
